Brother’s Fence warranties our fences for 5-10 years (depending on fence type).  All fences are warranted for a period of 5 years from the date of installation.  This limited warranty covers the structural stability under wear and tear due to normal weather and normal environment conditions. Vinyl fencing is warranted by Brother’s Fence for the labor only.  The reason for this is “KROY’s” lifetime transferable warranty on all the materials. Montage fence also comes with a manufactures warranty of 20 years, Brother's warantes the labor only.
